Welcome to Lesson 20. Your FP700’s smart batteries are high-performance components that require proper care. Following these guidelines will help ensure safety and maximize their lifespan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Handling & Inspection:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Physical Inspection:<\/strong> Before and after each use, inspect batteries for any signs of damage, such as swelling, leaks, punctures, or damaged casing\/connectors. Do not use damaged batteries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Connector Cleaning:<\/strong> Keep the battery power interface clean and dry. If dirty, wipe gently with a clean, dry cloth. Poor contact can lead to power loss or charging issues. Avoid using liquids or abrasives on connectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
