Which EAUAV products are used for cleaning applications?
EAUAV currently supports cleaning applications through four main product paths:
- Vertex C80 / C80P Facade Cleaning Drone — complete hose-fed drone system for facade, window, exterior wall, billboard, roof, and selected rooftop solar cleaning.
- Solaris C60V Solar Cleaning Drone — complete free-flight solar cleaning drone with a 60L onboard tank.
- DJI Matrice 400 Facade Cleaning Kit — payload / conversion kit for customers who already own or source DJI Matrice 400.
- DJI T100 Solar Cleaning Kit — payload / conversion kit for DJI Agras T100 / T70 / T70P solar cleaning applications.
If you are not sure which product fits your project, send us your site photos, target cleaning area, height, water access, and whether you already own a DJI platform.
What is the difference between C80/C80P and C60V?
C80/C80P is designed mainly for facade and exterior cleaning. It uses a ground pump and hose to supply water or approved cleaning solution to the drone.
C60V is designed mainly for solar panel cleaning. It carries water onboard in a 60L tank and is typically used when hose routing is inconvenient, such as industrial rooftops, utility-scale PV plants, distributed PV assets, and hard-to-access solar sites.
In simple terms: choose C80/C80P for hose-fed facade and exterior cleaning, and choose C60V for free-flight solar cleaning.
What is the difference between C80 and C80P?
C80 is the practical choice for routine facade, window, roof, billboard, and selected rooftop solar cleaning projects.
C80P is the upgraded configuration for higher facade projects up to 120m, subject to site review. Projects above 120m require case-by-case engineering evaluation, including hose routing, pump setup, wind, building geometry, water access, and local safety requirements.
Which EAUAV system should I choose for solar panel cleaning?
Choose Solaris C60V if you want a complete EAUAV solar cleaning drone system with aircraft, onboard water tank, spray system, batteries, charger, onboarding, and support.
Choose DJI T100 Solar Cleaning Kit if you already own, sell, service, or locally source DJI Agras T100 / T70 / T70P and want to add solar panel cleaning as a payload-based application.
Choose SolarSweeper Robot only for suitable accessible, regular, low-slope arrays that need contact-based mechanical cleaning.
What if I already own DJI Matrice 400?
If you already own or locally source DJI Matrice 400, consider the DJI Matrice 400 Facade Cleaning Kit. It adds a lightweight water-fed spray boom, PSDK / E-Port V2 workflow, pump and hose configuration, nozzle options, and SOP support for facade and exterior cleaning.
The M400 aircraft, batteries, charger, local DJI service, local flight approvals, and insurance are not included by default unless confirmed in a bundled quotation.
What if I already own DJI Agras T100 / T70 / T70P?
If you already own or locally source DJI Agras T100 / T70 / T70P, consider the DJI T100 Solar Cleaning Kit. It is designed to add solar panel cleaning capability to a DJI Agriculture platform through an EAUAV cleaning payload, PSDK-integrated workflow, solar cleaning nozzle configuration, and onboarding support.
The DJI aircraft, batteries, charger, local aircraft service, flight approvals, and insurance are not included by default.
Can cleaning drones use detergents or foam?
Yes, in suitable applications. Facade cleaning can use mild, surface-compatible detergents or foam when required. Strong acids, strong alkalis, abrasive chemicals, and unverified detergents are not recommended.
For solar panel cleaning, clean water and module-safe methods should be prioritized. Any detergent or additive must be compatible with the PV module manufacturer’s guidance and tested before routine operation.
Can one cleaning drone handle both facade and solar cleaning?
It depends on the site and water logistics.
C80/C80P can support selected rooftop solar, roof rinsing, and exterior cleaning projects where ground water supply and hose routing are practical.
For dedicated solar panel cleaning, especially industrial rooftops, distributed PV, or sites where hose routing is inconvenient, Solaris C60V or the DJI T100 Solar Cleaning Kit is usually a better fit.
How many people are needed for cleaning operations?
Most professional cleaning operations require at least a pilot and ground support.
For C80/C80P and M400 kit facade cleaning, one person controls the aircraft while another manages the pump, hose, water source, safety perimeter, and ground communication.
For C60V and T100 solar cleaning, a pilot plus ground support is recommended for refill, battery handling, safety observation, and site coordination.
